Fertilizer is mainly produced by more than 10 enterprises including Shuifu Yuntianhua, Tian'an Chemical, Hulunbuir Jinxin Chemical, etc. The company's total fertilizer production capacity is 10 million tons/year, including 2.6 million tons/year of urea, 5.55 million tons/year of phosphate fertilizer, and 1.85 million tons/year of compound fertilizer. It is currently one of the largest fertilizer production enterprises in China and also one of the largest phosphate fertilizer production enterprises in China, playing an important role in ensuring national agricultural production and food security.

In recent years, the company has promoted the upgrading of basic fertilizers, strengthened the research and development of new fertilizers, and gradually formed a multi-level fertilizer product structure system of "basic product upgrading+new products". At the same time, by strengthening the agrochemical service capabilities and transforming marketing models, the company is gradually transitioning from a "manufacturing oriented" to a "manufacturing service-oriented" model.
